Broadband Management:
When our service is used in combination with our partners Internet connectivity we are able to deliver to our customers with more bandwidth, faster responsiveness, and 99.999% redundancy. With WTI's business internet service providers you will be up and running quickly.
Switching Technology:
WTI communications will provide a switching device which automatically detects any outage and connects to our NOC systems to redirect traffic as needed. This switch is fully managed by WTI and can also be used to load balance traffic between the two (or three) connections.
24/7 Monitoring:
With every WTI deployment, we also provide 24/7 network monitoring by our dedicated network operations center. If an outage occurs we will notify the network administrator and provide an outage report.
How do WTI Solutions Work?
WTI is unique in how it delivers its Internet redundancy, ISP and load balancing services. Our transparent switching technology is placed between your existing LAN network and your primary Internet link. The installation is 100% transparent to the existing infrastructure so in most cases no changes are required.
Until recently, there has always been a clear distinction between public and private networks. A public network, like the plain old telephone service (POTS) or the Internet (ISP), is a collection of unrelated systems that are allowed to exchange information freely with each other. A private network is composed of computers that are owned and administered by a single organization that share information with each other. Different sites in a private network are interconnected using dedicated leased lines to ensure that inter-site connectivity is always private. An enterprise that deploys a private network is assured that it is the only organization using the network.
While deploying only one service model would not satisfy all the needs of a business. WTI deploys MPLS network services along with our VPLS network, Fast Ethernet, & VPN services to simplify network operations, this approach satisfies diverse customer requirements because each subscriber is unique.
